A Human Resources (HR) Officer is in charge of handling all aspects of the hiring process, including new employee orientation and training. They also help with payroll administration so that employees get paid on schedule.

Managing the entire infrastructure operation coordination HR IR

Manages the personnel acquisition process, which includes sourcing, testing, interviewing, recruiting, and on boarding.

Contacts pension fund administrators about withdrawals, death in service, and rule changes. Identify problem areas and provide statistically organised comments on present remuneration methods, or highlight the need for extra remuneration.

Maintains job descriptions for all roles that are up to date, accurate, and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local legislation.

Creates a training and performance management programmed to ensure that all employees are aware of their job obligations as well as necessary legal and safety standards

Creates and modifies compensation strategies based on market research and pay surveys.

Investigates and resolves employee issues, complaints, and disputes

Ensures that all employment practises are in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Provide support with job structuring and staffing.
Establish guidelines for the performance management process.
